Product Description

Fitness has slowly but surely become a more and more prominent feature in the lives of people all around the world. There are a lot of people who take their search for the perfect body incredibly seriously, and then there are the rest of us who may be unsure on the best way to get in shape! Fortunately for us, there are a few easy ways to increase your fitness levels without having to hit up the gym, and one of the easiest of those is the indoor elliptical, and that is why today we are going to take a look at the Body Rider BRD2000 Elliptical!

So what features does it have?

The first thing you should look for on a machine which will be being used rigorously is what it is made of. If the materials are weak then it may not be up to the task, but thankfully the Body Rider is made of strong steel. The tension levels in this elliptical can adjust easily at the turn of a knob, which means the impact on your joints is a lot less than it would be on other machines such as a treadmill. The on board electronic console tracks not only the amount of time you have spent exercising, but also the calories burned, speed, and distance of your workout. The Body Rider sure has a lot going for it!

The positive points

One of the biggest positives of this machine is that it can also be used as a more traditional exercise bike as well as an elliptical, so you are able to switch up your exercise patterns with ease. As you will see on this is not often the case and the Body Riders versatility is a very good tool for it to have in its locker. Other positives include the responsive monitor to tell you how well your workout is going, the adjustable seat height options, and the quick assembly time of around an hour!

The negative points

Now as already discussed, the Body Rider has a lot of positive elements about it, but that is not to say that it is perfect. The monitor that measures your workout statistics has a tendency to fall off easily if not properly attached, and this can become annoying if you are in the heat of a workout and it does so! This elliptical is also rather loud when it is being used, which could pose an issue if it is being used in a shared house. These may only be minor issues, but they are worth taking note of.

All in all, if you are looking for a simple to construct and use elliptical to help you get back on track with your fitness goals, then this could very easily be the one for you. It is well made and will help you get fit if you put the effort in, and it is perfect for anyone from beginners right through to the gym veterans!
